I cleaned out my pond today to get it ready for my pair of warmouth, and found TONS of snail eggs. There were also about 20 mosquito fish and 20 or so trapdoor snail in the pond eating the eggs, and there were still this many. It's only been about a month and a half since the last time I emptied it (I was planning on getting my warmouth in there earlier, but the day after I got it nice and clean it got covered in pollen). I'm hoping this time I'll get all the pond snails out of it.

Wish I had some snails to feed to my warmouth. I had a warmouth a couple of years ago that loved them. I need to go by the pet store and buy some. I hope your warmouth thrive. they are my favorites out of the sunnies. Especially when they feed!

Ha yeah they're my all time favorite. Their pattern and color is variable and they definitely don't shy away at dinner time. Their appetite also makes them easy to train like goldfish and koi, which is always fun.
