I caught a dozen in an hour in Everglades National Park, 2003.

looks like a flower horn to methis is a link to a topic started on a good tropical forum.. this fish was caught in florida.. I have no idea what it is but one person seems to think its a red terror cichlid. http://www.myfishtan...html#post549903

I'm thinking this is a close relative of the fesatae, A. uropthalmus. I got a bunch of these last trip, from Pembroke Pines and Ft. Lauderdale. They're really mean.
