Boy this is a lot easier question than we normally get on the forum... so I will answer... yes, there are lots of people that live in Louisiana :cool2:

I happen to also know that some of them are even on this forum!!

I would have put Louisiana in the title, may get more responses that way.

......You know what I meant, Look sorry guys, (this is ONLY to a few of you) but I came on this forum to get some answers and share my love for native fishes, but every time I ask a question I get at least one stupid cocky answer. NO DAHH there others who live in Louisiana.

Ps. If you dont respect my feelings then there is no reason for me to be on this forum.

Amazonee...
BG Grainer use to be a very active Louisiana member but is not so on this forum. It seems like i have seen postings of Louisiana members in the past year or two. Search a bit and you might find them, but hopefully they will respond to your message. NANFA has a membership directory that lists members by state, that would be a good way of contacting possible seine partners. Lots of neat fish in your state. Also your neighbor state, MS has some active members. Im a bit far away here in Chattanooga TN, but overdue for a return visit to LA & BG's home. Great guy, he took me to a spot where the first thing i saw below the surface was 2 blue nose shiners sparring. Beautiful. Folks know how to cook all those fishes down there too.

BG isn't a NANFA member any more, but if you PMail me I can give you his contact info. There is also Warren Lund who is not on the forum but lives near Red Stick. And like Casper said there are members in MS and adjacent areas.

"Red Stick"? That's an accommodation for the non-francophones on the list, I'd guess.

He means Baton Rouge. Baton means stick, and rouge is red in the indian language.
