Can anyone suggest a specific body of water in NE PA to collect blue spotted and or black banded sunfish in NE PA? I'm in SE PA and don't want to waste time finding the right body of water since it takes at least 2 hrs to get to the region where is seems most likely to find said fishes.

BBS in PA = gone DCNR Factsheet

To legally collect them in the wild you'll have to drive far more than 2 hours. Plenty captively reared available through various people.

You'd be driving in the wrong direction anyways.
More and prettier bluespots south of you.
More BBSF south of you too, but may be protected in all nearby states.
