10 gallon tank.
No filter at all (been that way for a number of years now)
Silt and rubble substrate
I removed all the java moss and put it in another tank a year ago so no plants.
Algae on the glass
OK.. but is there water movement in some way or is this tank stagnant ?
If stagnant no with some water movement and good quality water yes.
No lamprey is going to live in a stagnant sewer they need clean water with good oxygen and movement.
