I think Charlie Nunziata still sells the guide and keeps it up to date. He is the NANFA regional rep/coordinator. Or was the last time I checked.

I asked him about it recently (and reported back in another thread) and he indicated that they were going through a 3rd edition (much improved he says) and that it was not yet printed but was expected this summer (so, like now... but I haven't heard form him yet... so, like soon).
