Some native some not. The aquarium in DC claims to be the oldest public aquarium. The Baltimore is modern and BIG. There were many natives to photograph, but many of my pices came out bad.

I really enjoy going to the DC aquarium. You can't beat the price and since they partnered with Baltimore, the quality of the exhibits has really improved. I actually like them better than Baltimore because it's so much less crowded and I'd really rather see little fish and natives than sharks and sea turtles.

The Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga has natives displays typical of the southern mountains that are truly exquisite, if you're able to make the trip. The Aquarium of the Americas in Nawlins also has some good natives displays, focusing on coastal and bayou systems.

The Shedd Aquarium in Chicago has some nice natives, even a River Otter.
It has lots of salt water, other freshwater and sea otters, seals, porpuses, & whales too.
