I got a little waterproof fold out guide to saltwater fishes of new england, and information on the mummichog mentioned that they "are often caught by baymen using killie-pots baited with horseshoe crab eggs"
What is a killie pot? is it a kind of specialized minnow trap for killiefiash? Would they work for freshwater killies as well?
