It's possible that the move was too much for them. It sounds like you added them to a new tank?? If possible, it may not have been a good idea to add the Lifeguard. From the Jungle website:
Note: [Lifeguard is] Not suitable for scaleless fish, invertebrates, or newly set up tanks. Use only as directed; do not overdose. If overdose occurs, add carbon or dechlorinator as directed for immediate neutralization.

Actually the killies stayed behind with the dollar sunfish, one bullhead, 2 golden shiners, and a couple feeder goldfish. They were not moved.

I added ich medicine as the fish are definately looking as if they were attacked by a salt shaker. most of my killies and a golden shiner in that tank have it. Honestly I do not think they will survive.

Hmmm. Those killies are very hardy. They tolerate a wide range of water quality, and can live in brackish or fresh. I've never seen them with ich.
Sorry to hear they are not working out for you.
When I cleaned the 20 gallon I stirred up alot of dirt, then spent time chasing around the perch and bullheads with a net, then added nice cold water, i guess that all together was too stressful.
How are your fish doing jan?
