So far, I've got:

Goldfish
Golden Shiners
Ameca splendens
Melanochromis johanni
Labeotropheus trewevasse (if they get really hungry.)

Any others you can think of?

Painted turtles and cooters will demolish it. Sliders will eat it if there's nothing else.

All of my adult rainbowfish eat duckweed. An HOB filter works nicely too :-k

Common snapping turtles seem fond of it as well, despite being so predatory. How about grass carp and some of the more phytophagous tilapias.

Not that this helps you out any, but I once had a friend who claimed duckweed was good for people to eat. He even once showed me a recipe for duckweed muffins. I never actually saw him eat any though...

Someone in my shiner tank (back when it WAS mostly shiners) ate it, not sure who, they often mistook it for food when it got swept down during water changes, but after a few months of overgrowth at least one fish (not sure who) got a taste for it and soon it was gone.

I also seen my kanawah darter pick at it, I presume he eats it as it is under control in my darter tank (and has been before i moved smaller shiners into it).

Flagfish will certainly eat it.
I have also noted (on few occasions) crayfish picking at it, as well as bluehead chubs.

Chinese algae eaters eat it like a coyote on carrion. Painted turtles love it, too. All the redeared sliders I knew would eat it with the same relish, hmmm...
