Is it legal to use a seine net in WA. state? I could not find this in the online regulations and was considering buying one.

I think the forum for this type of question is State Regulations & Laws w/ Forms & Permits > Washington. As I understand it, this forum ("Questions? Bugs? Comments?") is for issues relating to the NANFA Forum itself (how to use various features, etc.).Is it legal to use a seine net in WA. state? I could not find this in the online regulations and was considering buying one.

AFIK, you cannot do any collecting of any kind in Washington State. Sorry about your luck
