Ok, this is probably easy for everyone on here, but these guys with the stripe down the side still all look the same to me. Minnows make ID'ing birds seem easy. I'm going to guess swallowtail shiner. My second guess is creek chub, though it doesn't have the dorsal spot.

Small stream in Fairfax, VA.

Creek chub, looks like some fin damage around where the dorsal spot would normallay be evident.

Without a doubt, creek chub. The large terminal mouth and small scales are key.
