My family and I are going to Rehoboth Beach May 1st. I was checking the fishing regulations for Delaware to see about getting out with a net see what I could find. But I have to say I coudn't find any mention of netting baitfish. Does anyone have any experience dipnetting in Delaware and do you know where to find the regulations.

i friend of mine told me that you have to have a certain license to fish in the delaware now. can anyone confirm this? also said you need a license if your in the limit of a 4 mile radius from the coast. was not sure if he was positive so was looking for confirmation.
