Fish ID Help

I live in Kaukauna Wisconsin (Closest lake is Lake Winnebago). I got a batch of minnows to go fishing and saw this little guy in here so i kept him. Anybody got an Id for me. (Not the goldfish)

Often at petco I usually get juvinile green sunfish w/ my feeder fish, but these guys are special to me I keep them as pets w/ my other sunfish, they eat well (flake food, brine shrimp live or freeze dried, and pieces of worm) and for the most part aren't aggresive towards each other.

it just does not look like a sunfish to me. its more long then i would expect.

Any other suggestions

It's certainly a sunfish, the only question is which species.

I would guess bluegill rather than green sunfish but those are not real good pics for a confident ID. If you can get a shot from the side that is clear I could give you a confident ID.
