Since these 3 species are all in range here I run into them from time to time. I was curious if anyone had any quick identification keys to distinguish between them. The ones I have run across are typically very small juveniles, not more than a couple of inches. I get that redfins should have red tinted fins but I'm unsure if that is a requirement or not, since juvenile fish don't always show adult colors.

redfin ~snout will be short and curve out kinda like it is buldging.
grass~ snout will be longer and curve in.
