Hey all,

A few months back I visited Rhodes Pond in NC with Gerald and the RAS gang. I collected some cool plants there, but really like one in particular and would like an ID if possible, Here are the pics...

http://aquaplant.tam...identification/

This might be helpful, look under emergent, and Southern Watergrass.

Flat stem? I'd guess Juncus repens. Beautiful plant; dont know why it's not popular in the hobby.

That's definitely it Gerald. I remember getting a nice bunch of it at Gum Swamp at the 2007 convention and really enjoying it before I had to move the tank and lost a bunch of plants. Thanks!

Also thanks for the link Matt. That's a handy little website.

You have enough to give away Derek? I'm re-doing my 180g from a stream tank to a slow water tank and that looks like it would be perfect.

I would be happy to give you a sprig but I don't have very much of it. It seems to be a relatively slow grower, though I may try moving a little to another tank in hopes that it will take off.
