That's a lot of fry!  Was that from a single spawning event from one pair?  How many would you guess are in there?

Actually I use a group so I can't answer your first question. I am pretty confident that a couple females have also recently spawned as they were quite gravid and they no longer are. So I am pretty much expecting to see new fry soon. My best guess is two dozen minimum.

Got back from the convention and noticed that that there are some larger fry now pretty much staying and eating off of the bottom.

.....whereas the smaller fry are still constantly swimming in the mid/upper water column?

What size are the ones that have settled?

You are correct Nick. The majority are still palegic. I still have new fry entering the growout tank also. I tried to upload a video that I took because I had figured you'd might ask that question about size (estimating 1/8"). Vimeo kept saying there was an error with it. I'll take another, hopefully tomorrow and try to upload it to link here.

Well tried to upload a couple of videos on vimeo (have more than enough space) and it krrps saying upload error....
