I am hoping to find out what some fish I photographed are.  Here is one at Acadia NP, 7/5/2015.9033025.jpg

Looks like a Common Shiner, Luxilus cornutus.

They were about 2" long.

Agree with Isaac.  There's not many other minnows in Maine to confuse it with. 

Come on down to Georgia in June for the NANFA convention if you feel a need for greater ID confusion!

Nice color on that Common with the reddish fins and gold streaks.
