Recently, news came out about another fish kill in Virginia : http://www.deq.state...srfishkill.html
History of fish kills : http://www.deq.state...illhistory.html

I, myself, fish both of these watersheds and now have growing concern that his may happen to other local watersheds as well. Both of these watersheds are lined with agriculture and industry for miles. There has been history of illegal dumps containing batteries, human and animal waste, and general trash. But they still have not been able to pinpoint the cause of any of these.

I like that they have been authorized to use the Emergency Fund of $150k so they should have the resources but how long will that last.

Is this happening anywhere else not affected by VHS?
