I've always been a fan of Dr. Roston and just discovered he has a website up and running. I think it went on line early this year.
He has been photographing and videographing our native fish and mussels for years now. I'm sure many of you have seen his pictures. I first meet him at the 1999 NANFA conference in Champaign. Larry Page had our host, Elmer Guerri invite him. I was blown away. Brian Wagner asked Dr. Roston to be our banquet speaker at the Arkansas convention of 2005 where he shared his videos while we sweltered in the brewery eating hot catfish and drinking cold Little Rock Beer.

Check it out...

I would like to see his You Tube videos to be a higher resolution. I have some of his video work and it is precise.

Ive been trying to contact Dr. Roston as i may be out his way this spring. I have tried his email, home phone and office to no success. 2 of the 3 are disconnected and the 3rd just rings endlessly. I have gotten no response from his website.
If anyone has his current contact info would you please forward it to me. I know he was moving to a new home he had built.

His website does not appear to have changed since i first posted this way back.
Still well worthy of a looksee if you have not.
Dr. Roston is the pioneer of underwater photography and videography for our freshwater natives. Stunning work. With all these inexpensive UW camera some of us now have the capibility to capture some of these wonders to share. You have to be in the right place and the right time with the right conditions.
:)
