first darter tank

you guys think this would be a good set up for rainbow darters?
btw the filters are 2 reg. power filters(got them for free so I'm not sure on model) and a "bubble wall"

I resized the picture for ya. Looks like it would be a good darter home. Although I do not keep darters. If all else fails it would work as a really nice grow out for some o-spot or dollar sunfish :smile:

Looks like a 10g to me. The darters are going to be rainbows according to his first post.

Honestly I never had much luck with darters but I would say it would do alright for a few provided high temps are avoided and water quality is kept in check.

yes this should be fine for a few rainbow darters, they tend to adapt well to aquarium life and can be easily fed with frozen blood worms, brine shrimp, or mysis shrimp.

I've kept several rainbow darters in a ten gallon. Covered the bottom with 2 inch to fist sized rocks over sand and gravel with a over sized outside power filter. It was a riot watching them dart around in the current they seemed to enjoy it.

got the rainbows in the tank and eating freeze dried bloodworms(on the first day) with relish
there are 12 rainbows and nothing else

I would post a pic but it said
Upload failed. The file was larger than the available space
any clue on how to fix this?
