What is the maximum temperature a cunner could tolerate in an aquarium? Also, this is my first post

Also, what is a good way to catch sticklebacks and hogchokers? Would a minnow trap work (for sticklebacks), if so, what should it be baited with? Thanks

I never caught a hogchoker but have caught both sticklebacks and cunner dipnetting and seining. For dipnetting I usually dip the sea weed sticking off of rocks or under the edges of the rocks themselves. When I had luck seining, me and Justin (bumpylemon) were seining eelgrass beds.

In Florida, most of the 1"-4" hogchokers I catch are found at the bottom of small sand & leaf litter bottomed creeks, 1-5 miles upstream from the coast. Some are in the sand, and some in the leaf litter. Less commonly I get them off sand bottoms near springs, sometimes way-way far from brackish water, like 60 miles, or when dipnetting through val-grass. (I assume in the latter case, they're probably on the bottom but get spooked up.) Have seen much larger ones while snorkeling, but never caught a big one with a net. Knowing where they've been caught before is a great help.

Thanks, so could I use the same methods for hogchokers in salt or brackish water (scooping over sand and grasses)?
