Removing grindal worms from dirt

From what I can tell, most grindal worm cultures sold online come on dirt, rather than the more convenient sponge setups. How would one move grindals off the dirt so as to put them into a sponge-style culture?

I made an instructional video on how to transfer grindals from soil to sponge recently and shared it here on the forum. Joshaeus, you ask a lot of questions but I don't think you're using the search bar in the upper right hand corner of the forum. You'd get the answer to these questions a lot faster if you typed key words into the search bar instead of making a new topic. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to be practical. You want an answer, we want to share the answer, it's already there if you just look it up.
