Is there anywhere I can find a list of sunfish species and what size to expect them to grow to in captivity? I am specifically interested in Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Central Longears, Green, Warmouth, and Dollars. I know it can be variable, but assuming you catch the fish as juveniles, and raise them in a decent size tank (say in the 100g range), with good quality food, filtration, water changes, etc., what size can you expect?

The size of a tank, or the mere fact that a fish is kept in a tank, matters as much (at least directly) to the eventual size of a fish as your shoe size. Given adequate water changes a fish will reach its potential. Too few/too small changes and the fish is stunted. If a Bluegill doesn't get 10"-12" you're doing something wrong in its keeping.

What about the other species I listed? I know Dollars and Greens stay a bit smaller (6in?), but do the others all get t the 10-12 inch range in captivity, when well taken care of?

I know tank size isn't directly related to size, but I think it is indirectly, because the water quality is more easily less than pristine in a smaller tank.

The Peterson Field Guide to Freshwater Fishes lists the normal maximum size for each species.
