Hi gang,
Russ here, the admin of the Facebook river snorkeling community. I had a profile here before the crash, but decided to just make a new one. I enjoy the fish and critter photos and videos the members here create, and encourage you to submit them to the community to better represent the Southeast's incredible aquatic diversity.

Since I'm based out of Washington, I don't see as much of the relevant content from your region and in an attempt to give a global face to this wonderful way to understand the world in our backyard waters I'm throwing it out to you to tell me what to cover.

If you would like me to share your photos or video, please send me a message over on the River Snorkeling community. Thanks, and I look forward to better covering your region in the future.
One note: I understand that this group is home to many serious fish folks and that aquariums are par for the course. Unfortunately, I do not feature footage shot in aquariums. The whole idea of the page is to get people out in the wild.

Oh yeah, here's my vimeo page. If you are on vimeo you are welcome to link your videos to my channel.

Hi Josh,
Since I'm in salmon land, they comprise the bulk of what I shoot.
Here's a short video I recently shot when the world froze solid. These Coho Salmon are at the end of their spawning phase, as the white fungus suggests, they are on the long slide down. The Salmon are gone now, and the most difficult of all the river denizens are coming next, winter Steelhead.
