We caught these bullhead at Irongate Reservoir in Northern California earlier this year. The area is only marked to have brown bullhead, but the light colored barbels on these seem to maybe say otherwise. Can I get some fellow NANFAn's opinions?

They are all Yellow Bullheads the long anal fin on them combined with the light colored chin barbels confirms your suspicions.

Nice. That would confirm the first recordings of yellows in that drainage. My guess would be maybe they were incorrectly identified as Browns in the past. We'll confirm on our return trip in the fall.
