I'm not going to try to get all of those, but I agree that some look like Cresent Shiners, there were a couple of Nocomis chubs, some obvious dace, and what you thought was a stoneroller was in fact... wait for it... a stoneroller!

Here's my guesses:
1, 2, 13 roanoke hogsucker
3, 6, 14 redlip shiner
4, 7, 32, 33 fantail darter
5 bluehead or bull chub (need to examine breast scales)
8, 15, 16, 17, 22, 26 satinfin shiner
9 johnny darter
10 white shiner
19 roanoke darter
21 glassy darter
12, 23 rosefin shiner
11, 18, 24 mtn redbelly dace
25 crescent shiner
27 creek chub
20, 28, 29 swallowtail shiner (weird snout)
30, 31 stoneroller
Look closely at Johnny-ish darters in the upper roanoke -- you might get riverweed darters too.
