What type of Gambusia do I have?

Eastern Mosquitofish, Gambusia holbrooki. I think it's the only freshwater Gambusia in Florida (assuming that Western Mosquitofish haven't been introduced).

To be clear, Isaac is probably making that ID call based on location, but another bit of evidence is the 7 dorsal rays on your fish. Western mosquitofish usually have 6 dorsal rays, according to Page & Burr (Peterson Guide). To be 100% certain you need males; the gonopodium is different in eastern vs western.
