It's one of the snubnose group of Etheostoma (subgenus Ulocentra).  Not sure which one; they're confusing.

I am at a loss on this one.  The face looks weird or maybe that's just the photo.  The pattern is also odd for what looks like a Ulocentra.  Can you get any better pics?
