ANYONE NEAR COLUMBIA, TENNESSEE?

I am trying to find someone from near their experienced in shipping fish.  Also trying to fend off global warming by not driving so much.

2 or 3 hours west of Chattanooga. A sweet, clear area for snorkelers.  Lots of pretty fishes.

I know of no active NANFA members in the area though President Bruce is just a bit south in Huntsville, AL.

He is often collecting TN drainage fish with students doing the hard work.

Getting fish from a farmer is my objective.  Farmer not willing to ship.  Need only a small number of a particular stock.  No actual wild stuff.

So...

You want someone to go to this farmer's property somewhere near Columbia, catch some of his particular stock and ship live fish to you.

While minimizing Global Warming at the same time.

Come Spring i might could make this an element of quest.

Farmer would have them up in a raceway and likely counted out.  It is looking like farmer will require I pick them up personally and sign an agreement not to disperse them beyond my possession.  That means we will still be contributing to global warming.  Bet is on I will have to get yet another permit with Florida's Fish and Wildlife and drive down to collect half a dozen fish to make so one good male is available.  Drive is 14 hours long and crew is so lean I will have to make trip myself.

I might could meet you and add BBQ to the mix. Keep me posted.
