Haha yeah but even down here it's getting cold now. 47 is the high for tomorrow. The Redeye Chub, hmmmm....that one was a pain to ID. Fritz commented that he agreed some were Redeye Chubs from the post yesterday. I thought he was referring to this picture, so I may be wrong on the id with this particular fish. They are very hard to tell apart however. Redeye Chubs have a yellow streak just above the lateral line that I observed on a few of the fish yesterday. Might need some local help to untangle this mess haha.

Haha, yeah Florida has been great so far. Coming back in February for a trip to the Everglades for exotics, you think you can take some time off? I have some great locations from a local fishhead I traded some locations for.

Thanks for sharing!  I'm glad that you had a productive fishing trip and I enjoyed seeing these familiar 'faces".  I have kept many of these fish and look forward to working with many of the rest (especially the diamond and marsh killifish).

Not a problem Matt, glad you and the guys enjoyed them. Had a great trip so far, extending it a week now and hitting up the Everglades for exotics.

This site was inland, but I did fish a lot of brackish water.

Well I ended staying a few extra days in Florida since the weather was so nice. Ended up with 40 species total, 20 lifers. Red Drum was the last fish of the trip.
