I'm planning to take several seining trips over the next couple of months. I am for sure going this Saturday (sorry for the short notice). I was wondering if any of you would want to meet up and cure some cabin fever. If we work out the dates early I can make sure I go that weekend given I don't have anything at school going on.

What do you have in mind, location wise? Hope today's trip went well.

Introduce yourself to the CFI gang.  They may do Winter surveys and certainly will this coming Spring.

I've talked to the CFI gang once or twice, definitely would like to take a trip with them. I went to Stock Creek today. Location for the next few weeks are unknown. I usually find some spots to check out during class throughout the week. If you want to go let me know. This week's trip can be found here - forum.nanfa.org/stock-creek-knoxville-tn/

Getting to know the guys from CFI seems like a great idea. I know that Derek Wheaton(one of the newest CFI guys) is almost always up for hitting the water, and he is easy to get in touch with either here or on Facebook. He is living in the Knoxville area nowadays I believe. Good luck, and welcome aboard.
