Sunfish ID Upstate NY

Guessing Green sunfish? Figured id ask the experts. I have had him\her since October 2019  when it was 1.5 inches and is really fun. Want to get another sunfish to live with it and there buddy "chef" the war-mouth.

Bluegill. Looks like a Northern Bluegill but I am reluctant to make a call on which type actually up your way.


Find ways for people not already interested in natives to value them.
