I wanted to pass along some changes to NANFA’s Gerald C. Corcoran Education Grant.

We historically have awarded the grant annually for up to $1,000.   The grant review team supported, and the BOD approved, a proposal to change the award to every other year for up to $2,000.  We feel it will result in receiving better proposals and will further the goals of the grant.  We will monitor the results of this change and can revert back if our desired outcomes aren’t met.

With the change, no Corcoran Education Grant will be awarded in 2021.  For the 2022 funding cycle, proposals will be due by March 31, 2022.  The grant will then be awarded in even years moving forward.

If you have any questions, please let me know.  Send questions or comments to Scott_Schlueter@hotmail.com

Cheers!
