I can't make any promises since this is a long haul. I can tell you the 25th is out for me but please don't plan around me. If something pops up on my end, and you fellas changed your schedules for me I'll feel bad.

Anyone is welcome if people want to come from further away or other states not listed thats more than fine with me, the more we get the better as far as I'm concerned. I know there are more guys out there in the area that have not posted their preference in date yet so we'll wait a little longer to make it official.

There seems to be no objections to that, so if it gets Richard in, then I would say let's do it. I'm looking forward to meeting the Michigan contingent, with Richard and Chad in, although there are still others we have yet to hear from. Hopefully they'll chime in too. Kate? Others?I also don't have anything the 31st of mar and 1st of april so if we wanted a little more time and an alternate both after st patricks we could plan on 24th and 25th and the above as an alternate. I want to hear from a few others yet before we settle on that for sure though.

you can stab as many carp as you want for all i care... I prefer to grab the gills and toss em without letting go, easiest and quickest method I have found to dispose of them, but it can be a little hard on the fingers.

Yes, they're in Riley Creek just east of Bluffton, and Ted says they're in Strawberry Creek over by Ottawa as well. Strawberry Creek is also interesting, in that he's said there's creek chubsuckers. For whatever reason, I've just never explored that drainage.

Hey, why don't we have a party on Sunday if you guys are coming up? Would people be up for that? Brian and Nate are coming over at noon, 1/28/06 to check out the tanks and chat and stuff if it's frozen outside. If it's not, I'm totally for going out too. Worst case, we could make the mudminnows do the "Ice Capades" thing over at Drennan Ditch lol.

Ok it seems we have prety well ironed out the date so we will go with the 24th and 25th of march and then the 31st and 1st of april as the alternate. I'll decide on a meeting point later and post it when I work out the details a little more.
