i think its only fair to say....i went in there today and the woman was awesome. she greeted me by name...asked about my upcoming surgery and then she gave me 50 cents of plants that were already cheap at 1.99!!! she even took the time to give me duckweed! she was like if i knew you wanted duck weed I would of saved it all for you! i was like this cant be the same woman!! lol. the years ive been going there this was a first. im very happy!

It is good to see she has changed her ways. Good customer service is hard to find. To see someone make a drastic change for the better is simply awesome.
