Frog and flathead minnows

I have a 36 gallon planted outside tub that a frog (I believe a green frog) has taken up residence in.

Is it a threat to the fathead minnows I have in the tub?

The tub has some plants and bottom debris and a layer of scum on it.

depending on the size of the frog and the size of the fatheads, i could see it eating the fish if its bigger than them.
