ha...as far as some of us were told you need a scientific permit issued by the state. you have to apply for it...and basically an everyday person will not get one...
just to bring it up again.....In the state of NY you are not allowed to possess any wild animal...not even a worm....just don't tell them if you have house flies in your home or mice in your walls...or you could be in big trouble!!
