They appear to be triops. Picture: http://mytriops.com/...bilobatus_3.jpg

The least expensive eggs on the internet are on ebay, it seems. Link: http://shop.ebay.com...4&_sop=15&_sc=1 A couple of those sellers seem to know what they're talking about. I bet they'd have Lepidurus bilobatus if you asked what species they had.

Here's a non-ebay source of triops: http://www.xump.com/...Food.cfm?SID=12

And if you ask aquabid sellers, the people who carry one species of triops might also carry your Lepidurus bilobatus. The user Dadasis sells triops. http://www.aquabid.c...erts

Lepidurus bilobatus are a species northamerican of triops.they have sexualy dimorphic male and female unlike most species wich are hermaphroditic or mostly female with males being rare.

ty for the info i will check those links! i have purchaced a few other species eggs on ebay and had good luck.figured that i would check here as most sellers i have found either have triops longacatus(n.america mid west), t. granarius(european/asian sp.),or t. australensis(austrailia)
