Nice job on the tanks!
I'm especially interested in the Brook Sticklebacks. They are a fish I'm interested in keeping, as we have them in this area. However those that I've tried always seem to decline, even though
they are eating (frozen brine shrimp). Do you have any tips for keeping them healthy?

Thanks

Try blood worms or mysis shrimp instead as food. Frozen brine is not very nutritious and fish can eat a lot of it and still get thin and die over time.

Thank you, I'll give that a try.

Hi

No problems in the 150 ga tank between the large sunfish and the minnows?
Is one of the minnow injured his tail appears red and skinless or is it normal coloration?
Are these carps on the bottom (Cyprinus carpio)? They are nice I have never cought small ones like these.
I would put more rocks/timber in the first riffle tank to provide more cover for the little guys.

Your tanks are nice thanks for sharing.

Patrick

The minnows are food. And yes those are carp. The riffle tank is going to be tore down and I will be setting another one up in a 135.
Thanks
