I'm wondering if anyone knows tributaries of the East Fork White River or West that have good populations of Northern Studfish?
I'm in southwest Michigan so Miami River locations in Ohio are a bit too far for a day trip.

I know this was posted 2 1/2 years ago, but I hope I can help. If you don't mind driving another hour or so south and east of the White River in Indiana, you can find thousands of these fish in Floyd's Fork of the Salt River in Ky. There is a good access point about 20 miles east of Louisville. The big males are tough and feisty. They compete with Bluegill, Longear and Green Sunfish ,as well as Creek Chub, Striped Shiners and River Chub.
