My local newspaper recently had an article on how introduced northern pike are eating Alaskas native trout and salmon. A quick search online revealed a few articles on it.

Also these articles tend to show very cool pics of pike eating other fish

Well yeah, wild Alaskan trout and salmon are delicious.

Yeah, you mean a turducken.

Was this the result of a official decision to introduce these horrors or was it some idiot "sportsmen" not content with paradise and bound to screw it up kind of thing?
