Hello everyone, a recent thread reminded me of my interest in this spectacular fish, so now I am looking for some. I've checked Aquabid and contacted someone who used to sell them with no luck yet. I would have posted this in the trading area, but I also plan to follow up with my paludarium build thread for these fish.

I'm not necessarily serious about obtaining any, but found my interest in them renewed and also was browsing and couldn't find a source of them. I always thought they were at least a little more popular. Good luck finding some. They are really cool. I am also surprised that I have never seen Spotfin Killifish (Fundulus luciae) as they seem like they would be equally hardy and are attractive little fish.

This may have something to do with the difficulty of finding any for sale. From the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission website:
The mangrove rivulus is protected as a State Species of Special Concern by Florida’s Endangered and Threatened Species Rule
