I am truly stunned by the barrage exceptional film work being displayed here on the forum lately. Both in still and motion photography there is seemingly no end to the onslaught of mind-blowing visual artistry being displayed. But, please remember, in the midst of this arms race of imagery there is the rest of us- the Ph. D.(push here, dummy)camera wielding, Polaroid brandishing casualties hanging on the celluloid and pixelated barbed wire of photographic no-man's land.

So, in honor of us digital slr Canon fodder, I humbly submit the following:

Sweet. I like it. You have a great sense of humor Matt. You do touch on a point here though. I think NANFA, and this forum and galleries is really raising the bar when it comes to native fish photography. I feel kind of proud.

Come on Mike, are you really trying to ID it? Pretty good guess though. Maybe we need to have a ID the blurry fish contest? Heck we try to do it in the ID forum all the time anyway.

I have to say Dave, I may be poor with ID's, but if you really want an ID on this fish, we need a better photo, and a location and a streamside photo. :biggrin:

I like the idea of a blurry photo id contest. Could be a lot of fun. But as Matt D. said, the photography and video here at NANFA is absolutely fantastic. (Mine being a fantastic example of what the rest of us have risen above.) Thanks for sharing it!
