I had considered earlier but agree with Uland.
Better picture.
Big eye, triangular mark at caudal base, railroad tracks, same fin structure and placement. Overhanging upper lip, bluntnosed.
Hiwassee. Males are striking with their flagged dorsal fin. Cold water, smaller upper streams. Can be common.
I'm drinking tea.

The fin pigmentation is why I went with ammophilus and longirostris. Thanks to Uland for missing with spectrunculus and allowing me to get the garbage guess.
