NANFA members get the quarterly publication American Currents, access to the trading dock, a discount to register for conventions, ability to enter applications to our Corcoran grant, etc. This is the forum of a group, not the entire group itself.

If you sign up for the convention your membership fee is included, so you become a member by registering for the convention.

I know because I signed my husband up for the convention a day or so ago, and he just got an e-mail welcoming him to NANFA. Poor guy barely tolerates my fish hobby, lol, I'm mostly getting him to go to this convention because it's a multi day vacation and if he didn't go we'd have to be apart for a few days. Now he's going to get the magazine. >.< This amuses me
