Kind of late, but the wound on the chubsucker is from a lamprey it looks like.
Nice tankbtw, I am also too young to drive :( or get a job.
Can you post some FTS?

I do not know how it got that... I got it from a website on the internet and It was fine for a while. One day it just had that wound and I do not know why. I don't think I have any lamprey in my aquarium... at least I hope not. I need to learn how to drive now that I just turned old enough to start.

Update:

My planted stream 20 gallon aquarium (long):
3-4 fathead minnows
2 red shiners
4 greenside darters
1 florida flagfish
2 white crappie
1 green sunfish

20 gallon (long) outgrow:
1 redear sunfish

My planted 150 gallon aquarium:
1 black crappie
3 coppernose bluegills
1 warmouth
1 lake chubsucker
1 florida brown bullhead
3 creek chubs
1 goldfish

I rescued the green sunfish from a fish store. He is in the 20 since he is slightly too small to be with the 7.5 in brown bullhead catfish. The white crappie I got off aquabid and I feel bad for them since the person didn't know how to ship fish. They put it in a plastic bag used for vegetables, they had almost no air in the bag, and they had food in the bag. I'm glad the white crappie are still alive since they just started to eat after they didn't eat for a week. I think one is a black crappie though... the other is a white crappie for sure. The bluegill made his third nest that I need to cover this morning since he drives the other bluegills into hiding. Could I put a 2.5-3in green sunfish with a 7in brown bullhead catfish? The green sunfish is being slightly territorial so far and I do not want to stress out the white crappie.

any suggestions on a website that I could link to so I can post my pictures? I have so many pictures that I'm going to take soon and I do not have space on here to do that.

Leo, you mentioned joining NANFA the other day. If you do then you are eligible for a Gallery Archive account where you could post your fish pics.

Other than that you can use all the other free services like Google plus. Once posted you can put them in your post using the photo icon and referencing the location. This puts the right in your post.

I will be joining around Christmas from what I know.

Update:

My stream 20 gallon aquarium (long):
4 greenside darters
1 florida flagfish
2 rainbow darters
1 black molly
0 logperch (jumped out last night)

20 gallon (long) outgrow:
1 redear sunfish
1 white crappie (other one is a black crappe)
1 black crappie
1 largemouth bass (I will give away when 2-3in)

My planted 150 gallon aquarium:
1 black crappie
3 coppernose bluegills
1 warmouth
1 lake chubsucker

1 golden redhorse

Is a tetra whisper 60 too much air for a 20 gallon?

I'd be interested to see some pictures when you get them up. Been an interesting read so far.

33 Long (it is a beautiful aquarium)
3 plecos of different species
5 rainbow darters (all 2-3in)
1 Banded sunfish (3in)

1 seminole Killifish (3in)

2 creek chubsuckers (1in)

1 stiphodon goby (2in)

1 Indian glassfish (2in)

1 Black bullhead (4in)

1 green sunfish (3in)

1 redear (3in)

1 white crappie (2.5in)

3 Longear sunfish (4 are 3in)

I had to cut back on aquariums since we are in a Drought and have to reduce water by 25%.

For the 33 long I used white sand, small gravel, and large gravel for the substrate and mixed it up and it looks great! The aquarium has a slope on it that starts at 6in and slopes to 1in. The only thing I need now is a camera...
