The first two fish were identified by the nature center at the Roaring River trout park in SW Missouri as duskystripe shiners (they said the Roaring River is full of them). The third was caught in the Capps Creek conservation area in SW Missouri. Is it the same species? If not, what is your best guess?

The first two do look like duskystripes. Capps Creek is a different drainage (Arkansas River instead of White River), so the third one wouldn't be a duskystripe but might be a cardinal.
