Found these tiny things in a bucket of Ocean water when i was helping my little brother make sand castles, took one into the car to take a pic, was very hard and couldnt focus properly cause they were tiny, i tried to find some more and discovered their were hundred in the the sand where the waves hit the beach if that will help ID it, i was in Lynn, Massachusetts

Looks like a "sand flea" to me. There's a lot of info on them if you Google around.
