I thought you were very expressive and engaging. I finally got to hear some of your famous word play; the "we like our fish served rare or endangered" quip was a good one! Like Michael, I could hear the enthusiasm you had for the topics at hand. I'd say you made for good, informative radio!
...or podcast. I'm so old school my phone has a cord. My apologies for mixing medias...
Well, they did post on their page recently "If you haven't been paying attention we record a weekly on demand radio show that has been featured on Boston Public Radio New Hampshire Public Radio and is a ton of fun. We are working on crowd funding the show, so check it out and give us a dollar!" So it seems both comments are right.
Great job Josh sounds like you had a great time and have a good source for location information.
Yes, I had a very very good time and it is good meeting other fish enthusiasts. I also hope their information and experience on finding some of the fish species can help me find fish I am seeking,
Great job! You got the plug in for NANFA, got them interested in Fall Fish Nests, and told your minnow minnow minnow story...and you were not at all monotone... I could hear the excitement in your voice when talking snorkeling and diversity.
And gave them a segue to plug falafal fallfish.
I am wondering if they are Nanfa members (they do post on the facebook page for Nanfa, and saw my photo in the last AC, but that was the free issue), I sort of wonder if members with radio access can be useful to Nanfa, and if advertizing their show in American Currents could be helpful to Fish nerds. Maybe you can help each other get the word out.
